Behavior of your pet may extend the grooming time. Please be advised that fees may apply depending on aggressive levels. 

Please ensure that you are booking the proper appointment for the proper weight and service. This allows us to help better assist you and your clients. 

Please be advised that you have 30 minutes to pick up your pet once you are called. 

If you come after 30 minutes, late fees start to apply, beginning at $7.00 and up

We do allow you to book multiple dogs under the same appointment....but you must book before 12 (NOON) dog grooming

Due to animal behavior when their owners are present, we do not allow pickup until you are called. 

If you come early you are to remain in your vehicle until we call you. Best for dog being groomed.
