Once we start a service and are unable to finish (for any reason) due to the behavior of your pet, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SERVICE FULL COST.

If 2 groomers are needed to perform service, additional fees will apply. 

Customers are no-longer able to come back and assist due to insurance and risk factors. 

At Beauty N All Paw Prints Grooming Salon, we understand that emergencies can happen. If your pet needs immediate grooming, we offer emergency appointments after 3:30 P.M that can be booked online. Please call us directly to discuss your situation and we will do our best to accommodate your furry friend. Remember, these appointments may incur additional fees based on the service required.

Valued Customer's  We work by appointment only. We require 24 hour notice to cancel that way we can try to fill your spot, if properly cancelled . If not cancelled properly a fee of $30.00 will be applied to your account. This is the same for no call no show. This fee must be paid before you are able to re-book for any service.

Please speak to the groomer about the pets on the table because some have anxiety and take a bit to calm down when attention is given. 

Please ensure that you are booking the proper appointment for the proper weight and service. This allows us to help better assist you and your pets.

Please be advised that you have 30 minutes to pick up your pet once you are called. 

If you come after 30 minutes, late fees will apply.

Due to animal behavior, we do not allow pickup until you are called. 

If you come early you are to remain in your vehicle until we call you.  

Please try your best to take your pet to the bathroom PRIOR to your appointment. Once in our care, we will have to start charging, if consistent accidents or patterns occur. Re-washing slows down the grooming process. If you have an early appointment, it is best to wait to feed your pet until after grooming. 

Prices are subject to change at any time. Please be mindful that we do our best to provide the best services at reasonable prices. Like everything else, we too must stay competitive. Our vendors and suppliers have increased over the years, so we have to as well. 

We do understand that everyone wants to find ways to save. We can do our best to recommend what would be best for the upkeep and maintenance of your pet. But please keep in mind that all pets with longer fur coats, should be groomed regularly (every 6-8 weeks/2 months). Customers that prefer longer hair, will spend more money on grooming. Matted pets also cost more money to maintain. 

Please understand that we will try our best to work according to the time you have booked online or checked into the shop. What we cannot plan for is the behavior's we experience of all our clients. So please keep in mind that your pets will behave differently for us than they do with you. Patience is needed. Your pet is our #1 concern, and safety for your pet and our staff is vital. 

Aggressive behavior is unacceptable, but we do our best to work through it. The cost of the service will continue to change. This is something that can change overtime and with continuous work. Please follow the direction of the groomer, this could help you cut back on some of the cost you pay for services. 

Management dictates charges for each visit.
